What is LS2 Innovation?

LS2 Innovation is a Montreal-based SaaS publisher, born from supporting Quebec colleges in their digital transformation. Working alongside IT teams in the field, the team realized things could be done better — and dedicated themselves to building a better way. Today LS2 builds SaaS for two markets. For higher education: Teameo (class management on Microsoft Teams), Classeo (class management on Moodle), and Calendo (schedules synced to Teams, Outlook and Google Calendar) — all driven by the institution's student information system (SIS/ERP). For government and public bodies, Archiveo brings Microsoft 365 records into compliant, legally mandated archiving.

Archiveo — your retention schedule applied to Microsoft 365, network drives and paper

Public bodies have a retention schedule, but applying it by hand across Teams and SharePoint sites, shared network drives and boxes of paper records is slow and leaves little proof. Archiveo makes the schedule executable, with the same process for every kind of record.

The archivist launches an archive request, Archiveo produces the disposal report, the archivist validates it and a manager approves it. Records are then destroyed with verification or transferred to the national archive, and every step stays in a permanent audit trail.
