What is LS2 Innovation?
LS2 Innovation is a Montreal-based SaaS publisher, born from supporting Quebec colleges in their digital transformation. Working alongside IT teams in the field, the team realized things could be done better — and dedicated themselves to building a better way. Today LS2 builds SaaS for two markets. For higher education: Teameo (class management on Microsoft Teams), Classeo (class management on Moodle), and Calendo (schedules synced to Teams, Outlook and Google Calendar) — all driven by the institution's student information system (SIS/ERP). For government and public bodies, Archiveo brings Microsoft 365 records into compliant, legally mandated archiving.

Public bodies must transfer records to the national archive once they reach the end of their legally mandated retention period. Done manually across Microsoft 365, that work is slow and error-prone. Archiveo is a SaaS solution that streamlines mandatory records archiving for government and public entities.
Archivists review Microsoft 365 files and folders, identify what must be transferred, route items through an approval workflow, transfer approved records to the national archive, and generate compliance reports.
