2. What data we collect

When you use our website, we may collect:

• Information you provide — forms (name, email, institution, message), meeting bookings (via HubSpot), newsletter signups.
• Automatically collected data — aggregate web analytics (Google Analytics), including page views, referrers, device/browser type, and approximate location derived from IP. We do not use GA to identify individuals.
• Product data — for customer institutions using Teameo, Classeo, or Calendo, see the individual product Terms & Data Processing Agreements signed with your institution.

3. How we use your data

We use the data you give us to respond to your inquiries, schedule demos, send you optional newsletter content, and improve the website. We don't sell or rent your data.

4. How we protect your data

Data submitted through our forms is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in systems protected by access controls and encryption at rest. Data submitted to HubSpot follows HubSpot's privacy practices.

5. Your rights

Under Quebec's Law 25 and Canadian PIPEDA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email info@ls2.io to exercise these rights.

6. Cookies

We use first-party cookies necessary for site function, and third-party cookies from Google Analytics for usage analysis. You can disable analytics cookies via your browser settings. No advertising cookies.
